Sweet Spokes was founded in 2024 by ice cream expert Jacob Reister. Having worked jobs in food service in the past, Jacob was experienced in what it takes to do it right. Wanting to find a summer job, but also being a full time student for the majority of the year, the idea for an ice cream bike business was born.
